We have been working in the Caribbean market for over 20 years with particular focus on Antigua and Barbuda. Over the years our work has taken us to numerous islands and we have built a robust network enabling us to add value across the region.

Property markets on the islands are largely unregulated, they work quite differently to those at home and there are many pitfalls. We bring a deep knowledge and understanding of these markets and a service ethic that puts our clients front and centre.

We are a single point of contact, here to de-risk the process, give clients peace of mind that the whole market is covered and to ensure they are in a position to make fully informed decisions.

We have handled over US$750m in property sales in recent years. Our extensive network gives us the advantage when identifying suitable opportunities, accurately establishing market value and helps us enter into negotiations fully informed and primed to achieve the best price.

We can oversee the entire purchase process from beginning to end, introducing and managing local lawyers, accountants and other professionals, as and when required.

 

Guiding you through the process

We take care to gain a full understanding of the brief before scouring the market and providing a frank and informed assessment of every opportunity.

We will always dig deep to identify off market properties our client might not otherwise have seen. Even so, it can often take time to find the right property. After sharing our initial findings we will continue to closely monitor the market, always on the look out until we find that property, however long it takes.

We always go that extra mile

We won’t just leave you at the door either. We continue to support our clients well beyond the completion of the transaction. Whether we are introducing architects, contractors and project managers; helping to identify and hire staff for the new home; advising on how best to rent the property or introducing local concierge services, we’ll be there to help you get established so you can concentrate on enjoying your new home.

Fees

As we act exclusively for and on behalf of our client it makes perfect sense that we receive our fee directly and solely from the client. This ordinarily comes in the form of a small retainer which is payable upon instruction and a percentage of the transaction as and when it completes.
